Programme

The programme this week is:

Trout and Grayling Group

John will demonstrate the Klinkhamer from the patterns missed due to the storm at the start of the month plus this week’s wet flies.

Sea Trout and Salmon Group

Peter will be tying a Stoats Toe double – a good general-purpose fly for most rivers and lochs.

Game feathers

Shoots finished for this season. Peter will bring along some Cock Pheasant Tails and some French Partridge breast feathers. He also has 2 English Partridge in freezer – one is for Ashley, the other is currently available.  Peter suggest for feathers, not eating….

If anyone has any surplus fly-tying materials – bring them along to see if anyone else needs them.

British Fly Fair International

If you have the time, please try & visit the BFFI to watch the Fly Tyers – they are usually very high quality and more than willing to demonstrate techniques.
