Christmas Dinner at The Cherry Tree 2022

On at Cold wintry night on Thursday 8th December  seven of our members gathered in the cosy Cherry Tree Inn on Stoke Row.

The evening had been coordinated by Charles who had trudged from his nearby abode to join the festivities. Our table was located in  the  Snug where we normally carry out our fly tying.

Christmas crackers were pulled and paper hats donned. Followed by  an excellent festive meal particularly enjoyed by Richard E who purloined a surplus starter (thanks to Peter H). The majority of us enjoyed the succulent Roast Turkey and Trimmings. John W  was an exception dining on a festive Burger and chips.

  Following the meal  our Quiz Master Peter W  had prepared us a devious quiz. After much scratching of heads we completed the challenge(somewhat).
